These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and limanbet ("limanbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the limanbet website located at limanbet.one, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

limanbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering on limanbet, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the limanbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your limanbet account, you agree to:

You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. limanbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

limanbet reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

limanbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods and applicable limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits to your limanbet account must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. limanbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are generally credited to your limanbet wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. limanbet aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during Philippine banking hours. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all limanbet promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. limanbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.

The following general betting rules apply across all limanbet products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. limanbet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, limanbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change.
• limanbet reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where it suspects irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or other prohibited conduct.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the limanbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.

All content on the limanbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of limanbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without limanbet's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond limanbet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

limanbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your limanbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude limanbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

limanbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your limanbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after termination, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

limanbet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and follows guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable to its operations.

limanbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, limanbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the limanbet Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
